DESCRIPTION

Anxor Ingeniería executed a comprehensive critical electrical infrastructure project, which involved the construction of a structural mezzanine and the full implementation of a 1250 kVA UPS backup system. The project was specifically designed to ensure operational continuity for high-criticality industrial processes.

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Engineering: Detailed civil and electrical engineering for the construction of the mezzanine housing the power equipment.
  • Mechanical Assembly: Positioning and mechanical mounting of the 1250 kVA UPS and its associated systems.
  • Electrical Distribution: Installation of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical distribution systems.
  • Infrastructure: Implementation of power conductors and cable management systems, including cable trays and ducting.
  • System Integration: Integration of the battery banks and auxiliary services.
  • Retrofitting: Modification and adaptation of existing electrical systems to ensure full compatibility, safety, and optimal performance of the new UPS.
  • Climate Control: Coordination and installation of the specialized HVAC (climatization) system for the UPS room.
