DESCRIPTION

This project involved the implementation of a high-power UPS system designed to back up critical loads within a continuous industrial process (bakery sector). The system provides essential protection against transient interruptions and power grid fluctuations to ensure seamless operational continuity.

SCOPE OF WORK

  • System Integration: Installation, integration, and commissioning of the Eaton UPS system.

  • Energy Storage: Installation of the energy storage system (battery banks) configured for 10 minutes of autonomy.

  • Power Distribution: Supply and installation of power busbars (electrobarras) for efficient load distribution.

  • Infrastructure: Supply and installation of electrical conductors and cable tray systems.

  • Retrofitting: Adaptation of existing electrical infrastructure to guarantee compatibility and the safe operation of the UPS system.

  • Climate Control: Supply and implementation of the UPS room HVAC system, strictly adhering to the manufacturer’s thermal requirements.

  • Ancillary Services: Installation of auxiliary services and associated electrical ducting.
